Donald A. Petkus lectures part-time at Indiana University after taking an early retirement from the federal bureaucracy. Some of his triffling mongraphs have appeared in Baker Street Journal and Baker Street West1. He is a member of the Illustrious Clients, the Mycroft Holmes Society, Sherlock Holmes Society of London (associate), and the Norwegian Explorers. He is a widower living in Bloomington, Indiana. Although Petkus has been known to contemplate a rose on occassion, he has never considered beekeeping in retirement.
