The Napa Valley Napoleons of S. H. was founded by Donald Yates BSI, better known to some as The Greek Interpreter, and his wife Joanne in 1984. Members come from all corners of the Napa Valley and San Francisco bay area. Unlike the French Emperor that is their namesake, they have no officers, however they do gather regularly four times a year, greeting each of the seasons. Their spring meeting typically falls somewhere near April 5th, which the Napoleons contend is the correct date of the Master’s birthday.
Sherlockians with a taste for fine wine, and perhaps some Napoleon brandy are welcomed.
